Waikato Co\l and Shipping Co. v. J. Lamb. — Mr Dyer appeared for Mr Whitaker, plaintiff's solicitor, and asked for an adjournment.— Granted. Booth ani> Row-hits v. Douglas.— Mr Dyer, for plaintiffs, asked for the case to bo withdrawn, as it was very difficult to prove it, defendant at the present time residing in Auckland. — Struck out. Asheu v. Douglas.— Mr Dyer, for plaintiff, made a similar application.— Struck out. W. A. Cushny v. Armkr.— Mr Dyer for plaintiff. Defendant admitted he owed the money, but pleaded inability to pay. Judgment for plaintiff, £2 2s Gd, and costs, £1 Is Gd. This was all the business.
