CONDITIONS. Entrance for Hunt Handicap Hurdles, .Waikato Hunt Steeplechase and Tally-ho Steeplechase to be forwarded with performances, colours, age, aud pedigree of horse ; addressed to the Secretary, Cambridge, not later than 8 p.m. on Thursday, 7th October. Weights to appear in Waikato papers on Friday, Bth October. Acceptances aud general entry close at 0 p.m. on Monday, 11th October. No entry will be received for any of the races except upon the conditions 44 That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a "majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint, and their decision s-hall be final.*' All protests to be accompanied by a deposit of 2>ov3 , nhich will be forfeited to the funds of the Club should the Stewaids consider the protest frivolous or xexotious. Gonth men riders for all races except Selling Hark Race. Any prisons liding except in colouis entered will be timd iso*. No nomination or acceptance will be received on any pretence whatever after the hour named ; or without bein^ accompanied by thi necessary amount in cash.
