[IIEUrKH's TKLKOHAMB.J London, September 20. Parliament has been proiogued until tho 11th of November. The Speech frnm the Throne stated tliat the (irreat Powers had assuied the Turkish Government that no iulrm^eirient of the Treaty of Berlin would be allowed. The Speech declared th.it on all nides there lias been been observed a desire to riiaw closer the bonds of union between the different parts of the Empire. Her Majesty's Government has had communication with the Governments of the principal c«lonies with a view to further consideration of common infere»ts. The English and American Governments were examining into the h'sheiies' dispute in order to hnd the b.i«i« of a treaty f-»r reciprocal fishery rights between Cm, id a and America.
