CONDITIONS.
Entrance for Hunt Handicap Hurdles, Waikato Hunt Steeplechase and Tally-ho Steeplechase to be forwarded with performances, colours, age, and pedigree of horse ; addressed to the Secretary, Cambridge, not later than 8 p.m. on Thursday, 7th October. Weights to appear in Waikito papers on Friday, Bth October. Acceptances and general entry close at 9 p.m. on Monday, 11th October. No entry will be received for any of the races except upon the conditions "That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final.'' All protests to be accompanied by a deposit of 250v8., which will be forfeited to the funds of the Club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. Gentlf men riders for all races except Soiling Hack Race. Any persons ruling except in colours entered will be fined Jsov. No nomination or acceptance will be received on any pretence >\ liatever after the hour named ; or without being accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. All horses to qualify must have hunted to the satisfaction of the Master of tiie Hounds. Nominators of horses in races Nos. 1, 3. and 5 must be subscribers of not less than one guiuea to the Waikato Hunt Club. Horses running in races Nos. 1, 4, and o to be owned ayd ridden by settlers in Waikato, Waipa, Piako and Raglan counties. The new rules of the Auckland Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. J.
