ivr O T I C E. Under Section 38 of "The Rating Act, 1882." WHEREAS under the provisions of 44 The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon tho 6th August, 1884, in the Resident Magistrate's Court, sitting at Hamilton, Waikato, for the sum of one pound seventeen shillings and nine pence, being arrears of rates due by ALFRED BEUOE, of VVaikato, Militiaman, as the owner of Section No. 129, Parish of Komokorau.
This is to give notice that the said property will be sold or leased by public auction, under the provisions of the said Act, after six months from the date of this notice, unless the amount of the said judgment, together with interest thereon at the rate of ten pounds per centum per annum from the date of the said judgment to the date of payment, and all costs and expenses incurred in recovering the some, aud all other rates due on such property up to the date of payment, arc paid prior to such sale.
