SEALED TENDERS (addressed to the undersigned, matked Tender for ( heese Factory), will be received up to noon of WEDNESDAY, the 29th inst.. for the purchase in one lot of the whole of the assets of the above-named company. Terms Cash.

AT a MEETING of the Shareholders of the above Company, held at the Company's Office, Yictoiia street, Hamilton, on Wednesday, the loth day of June, 1880, it was unanimously resolved to voluntarily WIND UP the COMPANY, and that James McPherson be appointed Liquidator. In pursuance of that resolution I hereby require that all CLAIMS against the Company be sent to me on or before WEDNESDAY, the 29th inst., aud further that all DEBTS or CALLS owing to the Company be paid by the same date.
