CONDITIONS.
Entrance for Hunt Handicap Hurdles, Waikato Hunt Steeplechase and Tally-ho Steeplechase to be forwarded with performances, colours, age, and pedigree of horse ; addressed to the Secretary, Cambridge, not later than -8 p.m. -on Thursday, 7th October. Weights to appear in Waikato papers on Friday, Bth October. • Acceptances and general entry close at 9 p.m. on Monday, 11th October. No entry will be received for any of the races except upon the conditions "That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the racing shall. bejdepitied by a majority of the Stewards "present, or those whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final." All protests to be accompanied by a deposit of 2sovs., which will be forfeited to the funds of the Club should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious. Gentlemen riders for all races except Selling Hack Race. Any persons riding except in colours entered will be fined Jsov. No nomination or acceptance will ba received on any pretence whatever after the hour named ; or without being accompanied by 'the accessary amount in cash. All horses to qualify must have hunted to the satisfaction of the Master of the Hounds.' • • Nominators of horses in races Nos. 1, 3, and 5 must be subscribers of not less than one guiuea to the Waikato Hunt Club. Horses running in races Nos. 1, 4, aud'Stobe owned and ridden by settlers in "Waikato, Waipa, Piako and Raglan counties. the new rule* of the Auckland Racing Club will be strictly adhered to. J.
