(1) That the Waikato Cheese and Bacon Factory Company be wound up voluntarily. (2) That Captain James McPherson appointed liquidator at a rem neration of £10. (3) That the liquidator be instructed to dispose of the property and business of the Company on such terms as will secure that the Shareholders will be relieved from all further liability on payment of the 13th call.
