AN EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Shareholders of the Above Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, Wliyte's Buildings, Victoria - street, Hamilton, on WEDNESDAY, the 15th day of September, 1886, at the hour of 7.30 o'clock p.m. Business : To confirm or decline to confirm the following resolutions passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, held at the Registered Office on Monday, the 30th day of August instant. (1) That the Waikato Cheese and Bacon Factory Company be wound up voluntarily. (2) That Captain James McPherson bo appointed liquidator at a remuneration of £10. (3) That the liquidator be instructed to dispose of the property and business of the Company on such terms as will secure that the Shareholders will be relieved from all further liability on payment of the 13th call.
