Intelligence is to hand from Sophia that M. Karaveloff, the new Bulgarian Premier, having been proved guilty of complicity with M. Zankoff in the arrest and deposition of Prince Alexander, has been imprisoned. Prince Alexander has nrrived at Phillippopolis from Tirnovn, and on hearing of the arrest of M. Karaveloff immediately ordered his release, as well as that of Zankoff, who was previously in custody.
