The Whaingaroa Road Board intend to PERMANENTLY CLOSE, under the Public Works Act 1882, the BO AD running through section 57, Waitetuna,' parish of Whaingaroa, County o$ Raglan, being thfc road leading from .tl\e JAaipa road to section 121 parish of Whaingaroa aforesaid, and in lieu thereof intfhd to OPEN a ROAD running from Waipa road Into section li.o, parish aforesaid.
