The Socialist leador, Herr Paul Singer, who is a member of the Reichstag, haB received an order to quit Berlin. This expulsion haH been the universal topic of converaation to-day, Herr Singer being a wealthy man and a prominent met chant. The step taken by the authorities has, however, .created little surprise, as it has been expected for .some tune ] ast. Probably Heir Singer's expulsion has been accelerated by the turn which the Socialist trial took on Monday, and especially by some remarks which fell from the Judge.
