; The Prorogation. On the Council resuming, the Commissioners appointed by His Excellency tin* Governor, consisting of Sit F. Wh> taker, Messrs Buckley, Reynolds, and Baillie, prorogued Parliament, in tho presence of ten inombor.s of the Council and the Speaker and twenty-sK members of the House. The Commission set forth that Parliament was prorogued till December 10th. Thin conolndpd the prnceadinEra, which ended as the session began, amid a downpour of rain.
