Stuff from iho co operative store sold well, as also did the fiutt and ornamental trees from the nurseries ot Menson and Sharp. At the cattlo .sale alarm* number ot pood stoic cattle sold at fair puces. Only one dairy cow, two days calved, sold at £4. For other stock prices were— Store cows, from £1 10s fur those in low condition, to £2 V»s in fresh condition : calves, mixed sexes in low condition, lls ; IS months old steois, £2 10> : i\v. heifeiN, IT):,. No sheep offered. At the sale of hoisestheie was <i» unusually Luge attendance from all parts of the district, and the horse stock ottered were of exceptionally good quality. In consequence of so much farm produce, trees, &c, bavin? to be gone through before the hoise sale, we had not time to nfter more than half the hordes brought forward, and over 40 were not put up. Mr Isaacs' hor&es were in very low condition, but sold at good prices throughout ; his harness aho sold at good pi ice.s. Waggons from £'(> to £13 10s ; draught mare from neighbourhood made £21 10s ; draught horse, £21 l.~>s ; ditto, 415 ; medium di aught maie by Fancy, £12 ; and many more at coi responding values. Riding hoi ses also sold at fair prices, light riding at £4 5s to £i> ; upstanding hacks at £17, and one sold privately at £22 10s. Private sales during last week have been— 3oo ewes just lambing, 7s (>d ; 250 fat wethers, 12s lid, 10 at los, and 200 at lls ; and 200 store ewes at 7s 3d. Have now in paddock for sale— so riding light harness and draught horses, 150 ewes in lamb, 9 pure Hereford bulls and 50 stoic sheep.
