The committee on the Special Towers Bill resumed at 7.30. The Paragraph pivinp powor to borrow money for the erection of the Wellington Girl's High School wan excised. Some other paragraphs were utruck out, and the Bill passed ith final stages. i The Owaoko-Kaimanawa Block Bill was ! received from the Hou«e and passed through i all its stages, and the Council adjourned to 10.30 next day.
