The j fallowing canstic letter was read at yester- , day's meeting: — I Office of the New Find G. M. 0., Auckland. TO THE CHxVIKMAN OV THE PIAKO COUNTY Council. [ Sir,— On two occasions as> chairman of your 'council, you 'have referred to the manage- \ meut of the New Find mine in terms anything bat coniplimentaiy, aud as the diiectors are responsible for the proper management they would be glad if you would point out to them how the mine icould be worked better and cheaper than at present ;• and also, how .steady divideuds could be declared.
