Mr Pounds is strongly dissatisfied with it, and this morning Mr' Campbell, acting on his behalf, obtained from Mr Justice Gillies an order declaring the arbitration in question a rule of the court. This was done as the first formal step towards initiating an action for upsetting the ,a\vurd.
