London, July 19.— Consols hate declined £, and are now quoted at 101£. — The maiket rate of discount has advanced to 1^ per cent, and is now 1^ below the bank rate. — New Zealand securities remain at last quotations. — The markets for Australian wheat und tallow are unchanged. The total quantity of wheat afloat for the TJhited Kingdom is 2,0f1),Q00 qaatters, not 2,440,000 as telegraphed on the 16th inst.— New Zealand prime mutton is realising 5d per pound. [PKB N.Z.L.
