IRKUTEII'B TBLEGHAMB.] London, July 15. In the disturbances yesterday at Belfast two policemen and two rioters were killed. Twelve of the latter wore wounded. Serious rioting occurred at Belfast. The fighting which took place on the occasion was chiefly between the police and the Orangemen. A hundred persons were wounded, and great damage was done to property. The firing in the first stage for the Queen's Prize was continued to-day. The highest English score for the ranges completed (seven nhots each, 200 yards and 500 ynrda) was (JG. Tho Australian scores were as follows :— A. B. Fenn, N.S.W., Private Churchill, Victoria, each 5(5 ; Colour-Ser-geant Gee, N.S.W., 55; Prirato Allen, Victoria, 51 ; Lieutenant Room, Tasmania, 52 ; Lieutenant-Colonel Sleep (Victoria), Sergeant Baker (Victoria), Lieutenant Gosling (Tasmania), each 50. In tho windmill match A. B. Fenn, N.S.W., and Sergeant Sacker, Victoria, secured prizes. With two ranges Completed for the Queen's Prize at Wimhlodon, the following are the averages of the colonial men :— Canada, 5*25 ; India, 10' OG ; Australia, 50*3. Maxwell, who was convicted of murdering Proller at St. Louis, has been condemned to diwth, and will be hanged on August 27. At a meeting of the Executive and Royal Commissioners of the Exhibition, it was resolved to recognise the services of tho Prince of Wales by preventing him with a piece of plate, .subscriptions to be limited to two guineas. On the motion of tho Lord . Mayor, seconded by Sir Saui Samuel, a committee was appointed to arrange the details. The Pall Mall Gazette justifies the New South Wales Government in borrowing. The Baron de Worms bai obtained a divorce from his wife. The frozen meat ex the steamer Potosi is realising 4fd per lb. The grand naval review which is being organised in honour of the colonial visitors takes place at Portsmouth on Friday, the 23rd instant. At to-day's wool sales a catalogue comprising 9400 bales was submitted. The various lots mot with a firm and active demand.
