Take Notice that I, tho undersigned, an Inspecter under the above Act, pursuant to the provisions of the said Act, hereby require you forthwith to destroy the rabbits upon the following lands : — 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, Parish of Ngaroto, County of Waipa. It is proposed to CLOSE a certain ROAD running alongside of the Railway Station at Taupiri, at the south-east corner of same, oontniniftg 28 patches, more or less, and to take in lien thereof a portion of Section No 201), Parish of Komakorau, to form a road. Plans of these proposed alterations can be seen at the ollice of the Kirikiriroa Road Board, KmUiriroa, for eight weeks from this date, and any objection to the taking must lie sent in writing to the Kirikiriroa Road Board witlitu forty days from this date. Notice is Hkrkby Givkv that the Rangiaohia Road Board intends on SATURDAY, the 10th day of July, 1886. to make a RATE of ONE-HALF-PENNY in the £ on all the rateable properties in the district for the year commencing Ist Apt il, 18SG, and ending olst March, 1887. payable in one sum oa the 24t.h day of July, 1886. The Rate Book is now open for inspection at Mr Koffey's shop, Te Awamutu, and the Collector, Mr H. T. Siblcy, will attend there on the 24th day of July, 1886, to receive all rates due to the board.
