Thk committee of the Hamilton Domain Board met at the Borough Council Chamber-, List night for the purpose of considering tenders called for clearing, ploughing, and fencing L >t 22, known as the Lake reserve. The following tender** were received : — Clearing and ploughing at per acre, R. Waits 1 , 17s Gd ; J. ( Goodwin, £1 <>cl : B. Culonian, fl <'m ; E. C. Martin, £1 7* ; Ed. WiUon, i'l Ss ; Y. Crawford and Co., £1 fls ; .T. Pectin, t'l 12s. Fencing M per chain : 11,I 1 , and H. Hiuton, £1 10a ; J, Goodwin, t'l 1» !>d ; 15. Coletnan, £1 3a; K. C. Martin, fl 2> 8d t J. Deceran, £1 2s. ]{ Waite'-s tender for clearing and ploughmtr, &c, at 17s Gd, and J. Goodwin's tender for fencing at 21s itd were accepted.
