Public NotificationNotice ts hkreby oiven that the Whaingaroa Road Board! intends on SATURDAY, the 24th day of July, 1886, to make a rate of three-farthings in the £ on all rateable properties in the district for the year ending 3lst March, 18S7. The said Rate will be due and payable in one sum on SATURDAY, the 28th day of August, 1886, to the clerk at his residence, Post-oth'ce, Okete, where the Rate-book now lies open for inspection. T^IRIKIRIROA ROAD BOARD. Notice under Public Works Act 1882, Sections 10, 93, and Following Sections. It is proposed to CLOSE a, certain ROAD running alongside of the Railway Station at Taupiri, at the south-east corner of same, containing 28 perches, more or less, and to take in lieu thereof a portion of Section No. 201), Parish of Komakorau, to form a road. Plans of these proposed alterations can be seen at the oflice of the Kirikiriroa Road Board, Kirikiriroa, for eight weeks from this date, and any objection to the taking must be sent in writing to the Kirikiriroa Road Board within forty days from this date.
