London, Juue 21. The Times to-day announces that a Fvnian manifesto has been issued, disallowing Farnell, and expressing the acceptance of Mr Gladstone's scheme for Ireland in a mere instalment of the measures for the eventual complete nepacation of that country from Great Britain, The manifesto endorses the murders which have taken place in the past, and utters threats againrt all opponents of the rights of Ireland. In the House of Commons to-day, in reply to a question, Mr Bryce, the Under Foreign Secretary, announces that the Government did nut intend to depnrt from the terms of the Anglo-French agreement respecting the New Hebrides.
June 22. The Times newspaper this morning states that the Prince of Wales finds Tiimtelf unnble to initiate a permanent colonial museum iti London ; but Sir P. Ctuiliffe Owen has to-day invited the Colonial Agents-General and the Executive Comnmsionerß to the Colonial and Indian Exhibition to exchange views and sound their Governments on the subject. The International Copyright Bill has been passed by the House of Lords.
Rio Janeiro, June 21. Tne Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co's Tuinui left here last night for London. Her cargo of frozen meat is in good conditian.
A large assortment of household furnitmt, produce, &c, will be submitted for public competition at the Hamilton Auction Mart ou Saturday next, commencing at 2 o'clock. The Hamilton Domain Board will offer lot 10, Hamilton West, and lots 331, 332, 333, 334, 337, 338, 339, and 340, Hamilton East, for public auction at Mr John Knoxs mart on Saturday, 3rd July, at 2 o'clock.
