Notice is hereby given that the Waipa County County Council hate by resolution declared the drain they have made through Lots 213, 167, 166, 162, 159, in the P.nish of Puketo to be a PUBLIC DRAIN under and within the meaning of section 184 of the "Public Works Act, 1852." No. 2 Contract. — Gravelling Hamilton- Piako road, about 60 chains. No. 3 Contract. — Reduction of the grade of Lealie'3 Hill at Hinton's Gully. Capt. Runciman will meet intending contractors at the bridge, Hinton's Gully, at noon on Monday, 2 1st iust., to show Nos. 2 and 3 Contracts, and will provide specifications of all the works. JAS. It is proposed to CLOSE a certain ROAD running alongside of the Railway Station at Taupiri, at the south-ea*t corner of same, containing 28 perches, more or less, and to take in lieu thereof a portion of Section No. 209, Parish of Komakorau, to form a road.
