The Prera this morning published the following in reference to Sir Julius Vogtl't remarks in the House last night, as to what he termed the sltwderons paragraph sent by the Pruss Wellington correspondent re Sir J. Vogel tmd Mr Buc)d»nd :-" When we printed our correspondent's telegram we were certainly under the impression that we were giving publication to a perfectly harmless rumour. We had no intention of imparting anything derogatory to the private character of wither of the gentlemen named, nor do we think that the paragraph can beai any such construction. As Sir JuliuM Vojfel thinks otherwise we can only express our omceie regret for any injury bo way possibly bay« uustainod by it.
