HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. MONDAY.
When the House met this evening Major Atkinson asked the < !<>\ ci nment if in view of an important meeting of policy holders in the Government Insurance Association they would be willing to adjourn. Mr Balance said they had no objection if the House so wished. Mr Guiucaa called for a division and the House adjourned by forty two to thirty.
