London, June 9. Tmt City Livery Company of Skinners admit Sir Saul Samuel ; the Suiter* Company, Sir Arthur Blythe ; and the Fishmongers Company, Sir Charles Tuppar, to their respective Liveries. The Agent-General, on behalf of Victoria, liens, the agreement for the conveyance of the Parcel Post on Friday. The ex-Empress Eugene and Princess Louise Jiaye visited the Australian section of tht Exhibition.
