TAKE NOTICE that it is the intention of the Council to make and levy a GENERAL RATE of one shilling in the £' on the annual value of all rateable property in the Borough of Hamilton for the period of one year, viz., Ist April, 1886, to 31st March, 1887, and that the Annual Estimate and Rate Book are open for inspection in accordance with the Rating Act and Municipal Corporations Act, 188 G.
