TfJE PETITION of us, the nndersigned ratepayers of the Mangapiko Road District, shewth, — That we number not less than one third of the latcpayeis of the • ■ said Road District. That our property situated within the said Couuty in respect of which we are rated amouuts in the aggregate to not less than half the rateable property within the said Road District.
