TO THE CHAIRMAN AND COUNCILLORS OF THE COUNTY OF WAIPA. THE PETITION of us, the undersigned ratepayers of the Mangapiko Road District, shewth,— That we number not less than one third of the ratepayers of the said Road District. That our property situated within the said County in respect of which we are rated amounts in the aggregate to not less than half the rateable property within the said Road District. That we wish the Road Board of the said Road District to be dissolved and the said District to be merged in the said country. Your petitioners therefore pray that you will be pleased by SPECIAL ORDER to declare the Road board of the Mangapiko Road District to be dissolved and the said Road District merged in the said County of Waipa.
