The sailors of the Auckland Harbour Board Dredge, numbering one-hundred and twenty-one, which has arrived from Glasfrr>w,lhave refused to proceed to sea in her. The dredge ran ntshore while coining through the Red Sea, aud the men allege that in consequence she is unseaworthy in her present condition. Capt. Tisou, shipping inspector, has boarded the vessel accompanied by competent marine surveyors in order to report whether the action of the sailors is well grounded.
