IReceived May 23th, 1 p m.] THE EASTERN QUESTION. London-, May 27. It is currently reported that the British Government have made a proposal to the Great Powers that the blockade of the Greek ports should be raised. Moscow, May 26. His Imperial Majesty the Czar, who is on a visit to this city, was waited upon to-day by the Mayor, who presented the usual offering of bread and salt, accompanied by a loyal address. The address stated that the restoration of the status of the Black Sea fleet had tended to strengthen the belief that the Crow would shortly shine not only above the dome of Moscow but on that of St. Sophia, at Constantinople. The Czar in reply, avoided an allusion to the subject.
