Ouit Auckland correspondent written on Thursday : — "Mr Bueklund left for Sydney yo«torday with eleven head of choice cattle, and seven horses, including Comedy, who won the Waikiito Hunt Club Steeplechase. M.mv friends attended the Rotomahana to sco Mr "Bnckland off. Comedy, it will bu reuiembered, was bred at Rotorangi, and was tlie property of Messrs Grice. There is a general expression of regret that Mr Buckland should be lost to the community.
