Tub other night another frightful murder of a wo.nau of bad character, by m butcher's apprentice of only 17 yrars of age, who lived with her.'was committed recently, in the Rue Pigall Paris. At eight o'clock in tho evening tho woman, Ylria Dumont, was found dead in her bed, with a butcher's knife of larjje size sheathed in h*r breast. On the floor lay the youth, Bjet with his jaw shattered by a bullet. He had intended to commit suicide, but the doctors think he may recover. The motive of the crime was jealousy. Boot wished the woman to abandon her evil courses and marry him, which she declined to do.
