[Received May 14th, noon.] MR GRAtfAM BERRY. London, May 8. Mr Graham Berry, the new Agent-General for Victoria, has entered upon his official duties. Mr Berry has sent a despatch to Earl Granvillc, Secretary for the Colonies, on the New Hebrides question, reiterating the views already laid down by Sir Andrew Clarke when Acting Agent-General.
