LATER. Athens, May 8.

In the absence of the accredited Ministers the Charges dcs Affairs of England, Germany, Austria, Italy and Turkey have delivered a joint note from their respective Governments, declaring blockade of the great ports. The. combined fleet are now rendezvoused at Suda Bay, awaiting orders before proceeding further. The Official Journal publishes an article to-day disclaiming all hostile intention on the part of Greece, and stating that the movement of troops to the northern frontier was merely a precautionary measure against sudden attack.
