Melbourne, Mny 4.— The local manager of the National Mortgage Agency Company of New Zealand (Limited) reports of tho grain market as follows : — Shipping wheat in good demand at 5h 3d per bushel ; malting barley quiet at 3« 6d to 4s 3d ; Now Zealand oat*, feed sorts, have a slightly improved tendency, though inferior lots are below last week ■ prices. To-day's quotations are 2s 8d to 3s ; milling oats are firmer at 3s Id to Ss 3d ; New Zealand oats under bond are 3s 3d to 3s 6d.
