[by telegraph —own correspondent.] Wellington, Wednesday. THEGovernmpnt are in receipt of a telegram, stating that the land purchase agents havn nucceeded in effecting the purchase of 40,000 acres of native land along the line of the North Inland Main Trunk Railway.
