London*, April 21. The negotiations with Spain regarding tlio taiiff aio still proceeding. It is known, however, that arrangements have boon come to for a reduction of the duties on Spanish wines, but dotails cannot at piesent bo ascertained. Mr Shaw Lefevre lias been returned for Bradford by a largo majority April 22. It is stated that Mr Chamberlain will retire from polities before the vote is taken on the Irish Land Purchase Bill.
