NEW ZEALAND. [BY TELEGRAPH— FRSSS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN. Wednesday.
The Medical Association have affirmed the resolutions that vaccination should be performed by registered doctors, and that owing to the gradual, but persistent increase of puerperal fever throughout the Colony, steps should be taken to register mid wives. The Association have protested in the interests of the safety of lifo againat the action of Government in removing medical men from the position of coroners. Gowring, the bank clerk for whose safety fears were entertained, has turned up at Lake Mananonn.
