Mblboukne, April 13. A telegram has been received by the Government from Sir Andrew Clarke, acting Agent-General, to the effect that an emigrant bureau has been established in connection with the Colonial Office for the purpose of supplying reliable information to persons desirous of emigrating to any of the British colonies.
Adelaide, April 13. It is understood that the threatened reconstruction of the South Australian Ministry has been averted.
