Mr Cochrane sold to-day the parish of Waipu, 39 acre* at 3s 9d per acre; 10 acres, with water frontage to Manukau Harbour, 2s 6d ; 2970 acres, 2* 9d ; 4 acrei, la 6d ; Parish of Whangaroa, 44 acre*, at 2s 3d ; 40 at 2s 2d. Tbeae lands are sold by order of the Registrar for non-payment of rates. 80 acres at Awitu were sold at 23 Gd per acre.
