A STEAMER BURNT AT SEA.

Thb iteamer Caledonia, of Glasgow, owned by Messrs Macbeth and Grey, of that place, has been burnt at sea, about 60 miles south-west of tbe Start. She was laden with .parrafin from Batoum for Daukirk, hat by some means her careo caught fire, and destroyed her. The master, Captain Tofre, and ere*, 20 in number, made their escape in the ship'tt boats, a.nd were taken on board the steamer Kelaali, which landed them at Portland. One of the crew, the man who discovered the fir*, was much burnt, and he had to run through the flames in order to make his escape. When the men left the steamer she waa a mass of fire.
