SHOCKING MUTINY AT SEA.

A despatch from London, dated February 2, ?ays :- Captain Claik, of th< American ship Prank N. Thayer, has ar rived at Plymouth on the Cape steamer, by which he was picked up at sea. After a desperate struggle he broke away from his assail ants, and rushing to Ins cabin locked himself in. The Manilaus battened down the hatches, and kept the captain and crew below deck one day and night. The captain finally fired through the sky light at one of the mutineers am) wounded him in the thigh. The man rushed to the side of the vessel and leapt overboard. The other mutineer then went below and fired the cargo, and re turning to the deck jumped into the sea Terrified to madness, the crew forced their way on deck, lowered a boat, ano rowed away. The ship was consumed, and the crew wandered at sea for a week before being picked up.
