THE BUDGET AND THE IRISH QUESTION. London, March 29.
In the House of Commons to-day Mr Gladstone announced that the Budget would be brought down on the 12th April, • and the statement of the (jrovernment in regard to the purchase of property in Ireland scheme would be made on the 15th.
