[BY TELEGRAPH.— FRKhS ASSOCIATION*. 1 Wellington, Monday. The explanation of the letter the Tunoi written by the Agent-General is as follows : — The Colonial Treasurer cabled to him. — " If we borrow this year it will not exceed a million and a half, including Trunk loan.
