SPECIAL PRIZES Iv future advertisement. Pmes \\ ill be awarded under the above Schedule to All Comers, Amateurs and Cottagers, same as last year. Rr/LKb fou Conduct of Show. 1. The exhibits to be arranged by a sub-committee of three, elected by the general committee. 2. All exhibits are to be labelled with a sealed envelope, the number of the exhibit outside, and the exhibitor's name inside. 3. No one to act as judge in any class in which ho may be an exhibitor. 4. Any protest must be made in writing as soon as the awardb arc made known, otherwise the decision of the judges shall lie final. u Prizes to be given in proportion to tlic income of the Society, and the schedule to be published at loast six weeks l»efore the time appointed for the show. 6. Non-subscribers may exhibit in any clasb ou payment of 2s tid, and be entitled to free ad mission. 7. All exhibits not claimed by the owners at the close of the show will be sold by auction, aud the proceeds devoted to the funds of the Association. 8. No exhibitor to be present while while the awards are being made. 0. No exhibit to be removed until the close of the show. 10- The committee to receive and stage any exhibits forwarded to them (carriage paid) by exhibitors who cannot attend personally. 11. No exhibitor to compete for more than one prize in each class, with the same variety, and nothing to be shown unless it has been the bona fide property of the exhibitor for two months before the show. Any exhibitor violating thib rule to be disqualified. 12. That the judge* be empowered to withold prizes from any class which may be considered a& unworthj of reward. 13. That competitors be required to have the name of each specimen, as far as kuown, plainly written and attachod to the same. 14. That the placo of exhibition be open the day previous to the show from 12 noon to 9 p m., and on the following day to 9 a.m., for tho reception of exhibits, after which no exhibit will bo admitted, and tho place to be closed by ten o'clock. The show to be open to the public at one o'clock. 15. The definition of the classes shall be as follows : Class 1, All Comers ; Class 2, Amateurs ; Cl.iss 3, Cottagers, Artisans, and Day Labourers, In Class 2, an Amateur shall be considered as one who only employs occasional assistance. Class 3 shall be considered those who cultivate their exhibits personally. 16 Exhibitors to give notice to the secretary of the Show Committee threo days (Saturday, 13th March) before the day of show of tlic classes aud numbers they propose to compute in.
