CONDITIONS. Nominations for Hurdle Race, Oxford Handicap, and Railway Plate to close with the Secretary on Monday, March Ist, 1886. General Entries and Acceptances on Wednesday, March 10th, 1886. All entries to be accompanied with the amount of cash, stating age and pedigree of horse, and colours of riders. Qualification fee, £1, for all races except Maori Race, Selling Hack and Consolation. Jockeys to ride in colour as described in entry, otherwise subject to a penalty of two pounds. All Protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 23ovs, which sum shall be forfeited if the Protest is not sustained. In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883, and the amendments thereof, and of the Bankruptcy of Dan t McClbnxan, of Cambridge, in the Prorincial District of Auckland, Colony of New Zealand, Settler, a Bankrupt. Notice is hereby given, that application will be made to the Court on Tuesday, the 16th day of March, 1886 (the day appointed by the Court for that purpose), at two o'clock in the afteruoon, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, that an ordet of discharge be granted to the above-named bankrupt.
