Adelaide, February 23. An investigation of the affiirs of the Commercial JJ.ink of South Australia shows the liabilities to be £1,100,000 ; while the assets, after deducting the bad debts, are estimated at £1,280,000, giving a surplus of £180,000. The failure is attributed to heavy losses on pastoral properties held by the bank.
