February The Right Hon. Hugh Guilders, Homo Secretary, proposes that those persons who suffered loss or injury through the uin'inployed riots of the Bth February, shall receive compensation from the police fund. It hiis been decided to hold a committee of investigation into the general working of the metropolitain police system. The nic-n-bers of committee will bo applied by Mr Childers and he will himself act as president.
